What are the rates for house or business cleaning services?
Quality Maids, Inc. understands every cleaning service is unique, so the fees are based on
the level of services requested by our clients. It is best to contact our office, where our sales
consultants will walk you through our cleaning processes and provide you with a price for a
service that has been created to fit your specific needs. Contact us today to learn more about all

What does deep cleaning mean?
Quality Maids, Inc. utilizes a 22-Step Healthy Touch method to guarantee a deep
cleaning and healthy environment for your home or business. Deep cleaning includes removing
allergens out of the air and furniture, cleaning under beds and on top of appliances, where
bacteria could grow.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
Payment is due at the time of service. You may pay by cash, personal check, and credit card.
If you prefer paying by using your credit card, please contact our office to have a sales consultant
process your payment. On regularly scheduled visits, we ask you to leave payment on the kitchen
countertop. If you are not home during our first visit, we will ask you for the full estimated
amount. If it takes less time than we estimated, we will refund the difference or apply it to our
next visit, as you prefer.
Appointment Questions
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Please contact our office at 1.800.685.1582 as soon as you know that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will work with you to reschedule your appointment.
What if my regular appointment falls on a holiday?
If your appointment falls on a holiday, we will speak to you in advance to make arrangements to clean your home or business on another day during the same week.
Questions About Us
Are your cleaning teams authorized to work in the U.S.?
Quality Maids, Inc. is compliant with the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA)
and verifies staff members are permitted to work in the U.S. All of our staff must fill out an I-9,
which is an employment eligibility verification form. Then, our staff must provide eligibility
documents before starting work.
Are your cleaning teams bond and insurance?
At Quality Maids, Inc. our goal is your home or business and staff safety. All of our staff
is bond and insurance to maintain the highest security standards. Our insurance liability includes
staffs’ accident and property damage, as well as workers’ comp.
Are the cleaning teams supervised and trained?
Quality Maids, Inc. believes our staff is our greatest asset. Consequently, all of our staff
are supervised and trained to maintain the highest security standards. Training is an ongoing
process as new methods, products, and safety procedures emerge into the cleaning market. Each
team has a leader, who ensures tasks are completed, as well as managers who periodically visit
clients’ homes or businesses to ensure we have met our cleaning and client’s standards. Our Staff
has gone through the national Cleaning Industry Training (CITS), which is a program designed
to increase professionalism, learn cleaning standards and improve skills for customer service.
